I am...weird. I am a ghost hunter, along with most of my immediate family. We celebrate Halloween like most people celebrate Christmas...think Halloween Town from Nightmare Before Christmas and you have my childhood...or my life now! Really, when my family and I celebrate Christmas, it's like Halloween Town's citizens trying to do the same thing. We give holly-jolly things a creepy spin!) Basically, I am offbeat and I love it! I appreciate anything vintage more than I do anything modern. I hate today's culture and I hate today's fashions. I would love to live back then, but I couldn't without the technology of today, or with yesteryears social climate...

Hero: Obviously, Edgar Allan Poe, but also George Lucas and JK Rowling; both are master storytellers and created their own massive and believable universes, I want to capture that lightning. I am madly in love with Severus Snape and I do look up to him. He shows us that we can always change. I am one of those people who love Lady Gaga. She embodies the adage, Be Yourself. I want to be myself, I do not want to blend into the crowd. I believe that she is one of the most genuine celebrities there are.


Screenname: My username comes from the book, "The DA VINCI Code" and anime. I was obsessed with both when I created my account.

Problems: I've been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and General Anxiety Disorder. Because of these, I also have depression. The OCD can manifest in ways like needing to have anything that is Poe or Snape related or of course, having to clean. My anxiety can show up as social anxiety or irational fears. I really hate it when people think that me having an anxiety attack is funny and try to cause one! That's like causing a seizure in someone who is epileptic! Because of these, I can wake up fine one day and go to bed suicidal. I am on an antidepressant/anti anxiety medication. I have more good days than bad, but when I have a bad day, it's bad! However, I've had many people tell me I have several angels and spirits protecting me, so I'm not going to let them down by killing myself.


Smoke/Drink: Never have, never will. I have a genetic component for alcoholism and I've seen cancer at it's worst.


Pets: I have two ten year old short haired cats, a tabby named Princess Wednesday (as in Wednesday Addams) and a tuxedo cat named Scooter Renfield (as in the Dracula character) and a two year old dog, a beagle and basset hound mixed named Belladogga 'Bella' Lugosi. Belladogga as in the belladonna plant (My family and I are Wiccan) and Lugosi as in Bela Lugosi, the actor famous for playing Dracula. Princess Wednesday because she has the same temperament as Wednesday Addams. Scooter Renfield because he has a penchant for torturing bugs before he eats them and generally acts like a madman. Belladogga Lugosi just came out of nowhere and doesn't refer to her personality. The only person that is afraid of her is the mailman. Last but not least, there is Big Bella. She is a full Basset Hound and weighed in at 72 pounds when we adopted her! She's one a diet right now. When she snores, she legitimately sounds like a human!
